How to reserve the bike

When you call or text us to reserve your bike, please inform us:
  • Your name
  • The number of bikes you want to reserve
  • The bike's type and size (or the height of the riders)
  • Dates of the rental
  • If you need bike shuttle service

For a text message, you can send it like this:

​Bike rental terms and conditions

1. Advance booking at least 48 hours before renting is strongly recommended.

2. We ask for a loss and damage deposit of Rp 200,000/bike. The deposit is refundable upon bike return, if there's no damage.

3. Please pay the full rental amount in cash (Rp).

4. We ask you to leave an original identity card (ID card / driving license / copy of passport for foreigners).

5. We will take a picture of you when receiving our bikes. It is for our documentation and will not be made public.

PLEASE NOTE:
We ask you to take full responsibility for the bicycle as well as your safety. You are responsible for any repairs needed if the bike is damage during the rental period. If the bike is stolen or if you loose any part of the bike, you will have to pay the replacement value of the equipment.
